GENERAL DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU). St Joseph’s have agreed a project plan and policies to achieve compliance with the new regulations. The school regards the protection of personal data relating to children and parents/carers as a very important matter.
On the school website, in accordance with best practice, we have published our updated data protection policy and Privacy notice. The Privacy notice outlines the pupil information that we collect, hold and share including the lawful basis about how we use this information.
