This week we started a brand new unit-of-work in Geography: South America – The Amazon. This topic builds on our previous work on Climate Change & Deforestation. Within the unit, we will be learning how to locate the Amazon, investigate its climate, understand the biodiversity in the Amazon & explore the human impact on the Amazon Rainforest. Our opening lesson was based around locating and exploring the Amazon Rainforest, River & Basin. Have a look at some of the pieces of work our pupils created!
We also want to remind everyone that there will be a Mass at St Joseph’s Church on Wednesday 19th of March at 9.30am to celebrate the feast day of St Joseph.
