Today we attended Mass at St Joseph’s Church to celebrate the start of Summer Term as well as the Feast Day of St Paul of the Cross. We also remembered the life and legacy of Pope Francis, shining a light on who he was as a leader: somebody who cares for creation, a champion of the poor and marginalised and an advocate for kindness and consideration between one another.
We then had a reflection in class about what Pope Francis meant to our pupils and what they would say to him if they had the opportunity.
