Proud Moments and Bouncing Fun – A Memorable Week at School!
What an incredible week it’s been! I couldn’t be prouder of our amazing Year 6 students who represented our school with such determination, teamwork and spirit at the Islington Playoffs. Reaching the semi-finals is no small feat, and they gave it everything they had right to the very end. It was heartbreakingly close, with the match going to penalties – the tension was high, and although we didn’t come out on top, their composure and sportsmanship were something to be truly proud of. They represented the school with pride and passion and we couldn’t ask for more.
Back at school, the energy was just as high, though this time it was thanks to a different kind of competition… who could bounce the most on a bouncy castle! The PFA’s Sponsored Bounce brought smiles, laughter and lots of excited cheering as pupils (and a few brave adults!) took to the inflatable for a good cause. It was fantastic to see the whole school getting involved, supporting our fundraising efforts while having an absolute blast.
