This week in Year 5 was full of memorable moments and a great mix of learning and surprises! As part of our lifecycles unit, we took a trip to the school pond to observe the frogs in their natural habitat. We watched tadpoles swimming and adult frogs hopping around, all while discussing their fascinating life stages. It was a fantastic hands-on experience that brought our lessons to life!
But the fun didn’t end there. Out of nowhere, the Easter Bunny made a surprise visit to our classroom, hopping in with a basket full of treats. The excitement was contagious, and everyone had a blast embracing the Easter spirit.
Of course, it wasn’t all fun and games. We also had a week of testing, everyone worked hard, supported each other and did their best, showing just how much we’ve learned so far.
