This week we had our fantastic World Book Day! We all dressed up as either a word or an adjective. Some of the year 4 words included:
- contagious
- comfy
- tranquil
- colourful
- modest
- unique
We enjoyed the World Book Day quiz, which included the whole school! A huge well done to Sonny from Sapphire Class and August from Blue Class, who were part of the winning teams and of course everyone for taking part!!
We also began taking part in Reconciliation and will continue this into next week. Beforehand, we took part in an activity that included writing in green pen, things that God would want us to do. Then, in red we wrote things that could be wrong or God would not agree with. We then placed red cellophane over the top and noticed all the red things disappeared. We connected this to Reconciliation and discussed when the priest absolves us from our sins, we are forgiven and they are washed away.
