It has been a busy first week back of the final half term of Year 4!! With the sun shining, spirits were high this week in both classes!
On Wednesday, the children were treated to a special cricket session by Middlesex C.C coaches. The children practised throwing and catching skills, as well as striking and fielding activities. You could see the progress that the children made throughout the session – we may well have a future Joe Root or Charlotte Edwards in Blue or Sapphire Class!
We continued our work on money this week in Maths, adding and subtracting values. The children got stuck into their procedural writing work in English; we will continue this work next week and look forward to seeing their finished products.
