A warm and sunny week in year 3!
Despite the sun, we have had an extremely productive week with summer tests and outdoor learning. Pupils have had opportunities outside of their summer tests to enjoy our outdoor learning. In environmental studies, pupils explored their senses with different herbs. Pupils also had the opportunity to plant their own herb seeds which they will be able to tend to at home.
In other areas of the curriculum, we have been exploring the human and physical features of coastlines along the southwest of England. Pupils enjoyed identifying the variations in different coastal locations. In Maths we have started the topic of angles. Pupils have currently explored angles in an interactive manner, searching for different angles in their everyday environment.
Have a fantastic weekend!
