After another busy week in Year 3, Green Class was lucky to now get the opportunity to go to the Arsenal stadium for a workshop on health and wellbeing. The team at Arsenal did a fantastic job organising this amazing event for us today. We began our morning with an obstacle course that challenged us all to use a range of different body parts, putting our fitness to the test. Next, we had to come up with a poster that promoted different ways in which we could encourage people to participate in sports and fitness activities. Finally, our morning ended with an amazing tour of the grounds where we saw all of the amazing facilities which players used on a daily basis.
This trip was closely linked to our current topic ‘Food and Our Bodies’ as pupils witnessed firsthand the importance of looking after our health and well-being as we grow up.
