What an incredible world book day we had in Year 3. Everyone was so impressed with all of the outfits and the children have had a lovely time sharing so many stories.
Thanks to the lovely Year 3 parents, the children were even able to learn about stories from different countries! It was super interesting to hear about these, and especially lovely to have some of them read to us!
In the afternoon, we went down to Year 1 to share a story with our buddies. While we were with Year 1 we read them the story that their character was from!
“I loved that I got to sit in the tent and read to my buddy!”
“I loved it when the super robot saved the Ferris wheel in the carnival in the story I was reading a story to my buddy”
“I liked at the end, when we were saying bye to our buddies, my buddy gave me a hug”
