What another eventful week back at school the year 3’s have had. This week the children have began planning how to structure an informal letter in English. We have continued with our current class novel, “The Boy Who Grew Dragons” and capped the week off with a fantastic drama piece. The children inferred information they have read about the main character Tomas and acted out how Tomas would behave if his Grandad ever cut down his favourite tree!
The week concluded with a superb start of year Mass at St Joseph’s Church. We listened to joyous hymns from the wonderfully talented Miss Jennings and Miss Duffy which were beautifully harmonised by our student body!
