Week 2: Done. Where is the time going?
It has been another busy week in Year 6, with the children working hard on revising Place Value in Maths; inferring meaning from still images in English and having fun dressing up on Roald Dahl Day – congratulations to Michael in Amethyst and Honey in Violet for winning ‘Best Costume’ in our year group.
This week in our Science lesson, the children took part in an investigation all to do with our topic ‘Living Things and Their Habitats.’ The children explored our wonderful outdoor area and took note of all the vertebrates and invertebrates they could find.
