This week something strange happened in reception we had a nest turn up and our classrooms were covered in white feathers! The children have since enjoyed reading the story Owl Babies by Martin Waddle. We have linked our writing and art work to this story too. We have also enjoyed using QR codes to learn more about owls.
From now on children will receive home learning on a Friday and can bring it back in on Wednesdays this gives them more time to complete it.
We will also be handing out our class teddy bears on a Friday to the Star of the Week. If your child is Star of the Day they will receive a special sticker for this achievement.
