On Monday, Year 3 celebrated Chinese New Year – the Year of the Pig!
We learnt how to write and speak in Chinese. It was very complicated without an alphabet but we enjoyed learning some Chinese symbols!
We cooked up a storm in the kitchen with Mrs Andrews expert help. The spring rolls were delicious!
We finished off the day with some traditional dragon dancing on the playground. With all 60 children playing instruments we’re surprised you couldn’t hear the celebrations.
