On Thursday, Year 6 had the pleasure of going to the West End to see the production of ‘Aladdin’. Having walked down the hill to Archway Tube Station, we took the Northern Line to Leicester Square. It was great to see the children behaving so well and even talking to the general public about the trip we were taking! From there, we walked to the Prince Edward Theatre, excited for the show to start. In our groups, we sat in our allocated seats in anticipation for what was to come. We all had an excellent view of the amazing performance. The show was flawless – there wasn’t even one mistake! During the interval, the children had snacks and discussed their favourite characters; the Genie was clearly the most popular! The show re-started soon after. The singing throughout the show was astounding! When the show ended we took the tube back to school and the children were picked up by their parents. We all had an incredible time and feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to go. We would choose to go again in a heartbeat!
