This week Ruby and Red class enjoyed a fantastic trip to Golders Hill Park. We enjoyed searching for mini beasts in the woodland and grass areas as well as taking a stroll through the butterfly house. The children loved looking at a variety of butterflies and their cocoons. We also enjoyed a picnic lunch in the sun….and rain! Back in the classroom our literacy linked to our trip. We created a wonderful book to document our day out.
In Maths we have been learning to half, share and double amounts using a variety of practical resources.
