We had a fascinating visit from the mobile planetarium today. The Year 6 children shot off from Earth in a Soyuz rocket and went on a tour of the solar system, visiting planets, moons, dwarf planets as well as our very own star, the sun. We even had time to drop by some red giants, a supernova explosion and a black hole, before making it back in plenty of time for lunch!
