As the dust settles on another week, we find ourselves scratching our heads at how quickly this year is coming to a close! This week, the children carried on with some transition activities, and were lucky enough to go on a retreat with Sister Anne. During the retreat, our pupils created memory books where they looked back at some of the lessons and wise words that has stuck with them. Sister Anne finished the retreat with a form of physical prayer; the children acted out the words that they were saying to ensure they were thinking deeply and reflectively about what they were saying.
The children finished the week with the Summer Fayre. Year 6 created yearbooks for the children to always have to remember the times they spent in our care, here at St Joseph’s. Each child has a dedicated page; they were all extremely happy with the finished product!
