We were delighted to see all the pupils return after a well-deserved break. The pupils came back rested, replenished and full of stories from their exciting half-terms. Once back, it was on to some new exciting topics.
In Science, we conducted our own planned experiments, experimenting with whether wire length impacts the function of simple circuits. The pupils planned, conducted and then reflected on the experiment to draw conclusions from their findings. We finished the lesson by trying to include the whole class in a final test to see whether the lightbulb would still work (spoiler alert: it did!).
In PE , we moved on to our new topic of volleyball. The pupils learned how to set the ball for their teammates before moving on to a conditioned game.
