It was magnificent to see so many happy faces back buzzing around St Joseph’s! Pupils conducted themselves throughout the school with a strong maturity and sense of pride, a great example to set for our younger pupils.
We have began some of our new topics for Year 6. In Science, we researched what the circulatory system is and the organs involved in this system. We started our History topic of ‘Ancient Greece’ where we looked at the similarities and differences between modern Greece and ancient Greece. During PE, the pupils began their new topic of tag-rugby, it is worth noting that the PE kit was exemplary!
We were deeply saddened to hear of the Queen’s passing and acknowledged all that she has done for the country as the longest serving monarch.
