This term, the children are learning to play ukuleles. This week they learned how to tune their ukuleles, with the help of Miss Cobbson, and played a simple tune, using a variety of notes. We are excited to see the progress they make as the term continues.
In History, the children are learning about famous journeys throughout history. This week we learned about the dangerous and sometimes gruesome journeys sailors took across the seas in Tudor times. I think we are all pretty relieved to hear that scurvy isn’t a common disease anymore – after seeing the illustrations!
