They say variety is the spice of life.
Well, that’s exactly what Year 4 experienced this week.
Firstly, we rounded off the Maths Parent Workshops with some investigations to put all our skills to the test. Thanks for coming in parents and we really hope you found it useful. Some of the children were confident enough to use brackets to clarify their sums – great work!
Sapphire discussed their emotional vocabulary during circle time this week and discovered new words to help them express themselves clearly.
Of course, there was always time to fit in our daily mile – come rain, or shine.
We also launched Google Classroom for Year 4 this week. The children have all joined and are busy discussing the tasks we have set them. It’s great to see lots of constructive collaboration.
Staying with the Google theme, we also had Google Expeditions visit our school to take us on lots of adventures whilst still sitting in the Upper Junior Hall. We visited the Caribbean and explored shipwrecks, coral reefs, sharks and other sea creatures.
Have a great weekend everyone.
