This week we took part in St Joseph’s Sports Day and it was a blast. The children tried a range of track and field events, before the much-anticipated races. They even convinced some parents and staff to take part!
The rain didn’t dampen our moods and our soggy shoes didn’t stop these runner beans! Luckily, we weren’t ‘under the weather’ for too long as we had our lunch and a sing-song in the clubhouse before drying off and getting straight back to our events.
We were proud of the sportsmanship Year 4 showed in cheering each other on and supporting each other despite the House team they were in.
