On Thursday, our year 3’s had the pleasure to attend Celtic Harmony. this trip linked into our History topic this term of the ‘Stone age’. On the day we went back in time and learnt all about hunting, building, gathering and the general way of life back in the stone age. In the morning we got to enjoy den building and the making of tools that where used back in the stone age.
In the afternoon, Green class and Emerald class engaged in some Stone age hunting and gathering. After they had gathered all there food it was time to cook this delicious food up.
Mr Woodhouse and Miss Duffy would like to say congratulations to both Green class and Emerald class on there effort and behaviour throughout the day. It was a big day with lots of activities and also walking but the year 3’s where amazing all day long! Well done.
