Today Emerald Class had the opportunity to spend the day at the Emirates stadium taking part in a school’s mini marathon. The day started off with a daily mile followed by a healthy lifestyle workshop where pupils had to work creatively in groups to create an advertisement or youtube video to encourage those who are not engaged in sport to participate in an active lifestyle. Pupils got to play football on the Arsenal training pitches followed by a stadium tour.
In other news, pupils had the opportunity to take part in a discovery workshop on ‘Our World’. Pupils used technology to create an electronic book exploring their current Geography topic ‘Our World’. They produced some fantastic and informative digital books which demonstrated what they have learned in their topic so far this term.
