This week has been fantastic in Year 2! In Science, the children have been learning about what a plant needs to survive and grow. They have started an exciting experiment where they have planted four sunflower seeds and placed them in four different environments. Each group has chosen a different spot to see which flower will grow the best! We are very curious to find out what will happen.
Meanwhile, we have been truly impressed with the wonderful projects that Year 2 students have created at home. The theme was the journey of food, and the children have put in so much hard work and creativity into their projects. It has been amazing to see how much effort everyone has put into this task, showing their understanding of how food travels from farms to our plates.
