What a wonderful festive final week we have had in Year 2! One of our highlights of the week was the exciting Reindeer Dash. It was truly amazing to see all of the children participate and work together to raise money for the Children’s Ward at the Whittington Hospital. Everyone ran with so much enthusiasm, and it felt great to support such a worthy cause.
On Monday, we all had a fantastic time at the Christmas party. The room was filled with laughter and joy as the children enjoyed being together and dancing to some festive tunes! We also enjoyed some delicious food that was kindly brought in by all of you. Thank you so much for your generous contributions—you made our party extra special!
Continuing the festive cheer, Year 2 savoured a lovely Christmas lunch on Friday. The children relished every bite of their meals; it was a fantastic way to celebrate together.
Finally, today, the Year 2 children demonstrated exceptional behaviour during the end of term Mass. They took a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas, thinking about kindness, love, and giving. Please enjoy some of their thoughtful reflections that capture the spirit of this special season.
Well done to these Year 2 children for winning the 100% attendance award for this Autumn Term!
Well done, Year 2, for an amazing term! We wish you a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. We look forward to seeing you all in 2025!
