This week in Year 2 we have been very busy!
On Monday we had an environmental workshop where we learnt about the impact of plastics and other materials on our planet. Super Duper was the super hero who led the session and taught us to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
As part of Science Week on Tuesday we had a workshop called Wonderful World: Living Things. During this we went on a journey to lots of different habitats and learnt about different animals and what they like to eat.
We had a Lenten assembly on Wednesday where we learnt about Lent and how we can help each other during this time of preparation for Easter.
On Wednesday we also had an environmental lesson in the woodlands where we planted bulbs and learnt about different flowers and where they should be planted.
Today we celebrated St Patrick’s Day by wearing green clothes to school.
