Just a little message to say what a FANTASTIC start the children have made in their transition to Year 1! All of the Year 1 staff have been BLOWN AWAY by the ‘can do’ attitudes of the children, their kindness to one another and their lovely manners! We have been spending time getting used to the new routines as well as getting to know the new Key Stage 1 area… but there has also been time for yoga, arts & crafts, construction, role play, singing and dancing! There is so much talent in the class and I am already excited for our class assemblies!!!!
A few parents have been asking about reading books, we are hoping to send these out tomorrow (Wednesday). Initially we will give the children one book, but they will receive two thereafter.
Thank you so much for all your support and We are looking forward to getting to know you all over the coming year.
