This week Nursery took part in a fun filled day dressed as bugs! On Tuesday the children arrived into school dressed as a bug of their choice and took part in various bug activities throughout the day. The children worked with various FS teachers in the morning learning bug songs, making butterflies, sorting and classifying bugs and even using a green screen. In the afternoon the children made ‘Very Hungry Caterpillar’ fruit skewers before joining Reception in the hall for our very own ‘Ugly Bug Ball’. The children had a wonderful day while raising money for a very worthy charity in Africa.
