This week in Reception the children have enjoyed learning about time. We talked about different things we do in the morning and the night and the children even made their own watches and clocks. We have been continuing to explore our key text ‘Jack and the Beanstalk.’ This week the children changed parts of the story and planned their own version of Jack and the Beanstalk. The children also heard the story of the Ascension, where Jesus ascended to Heaven. They created beautiful pictures of Jesus going to Heaven and wrote prayers.
