Today, we launched the Daily Mile and what a success it was! This morning, the Year 5 children went out onto the KS1 playground and helped their buddies in Reception to run their first Daily Mile. It was lovely to see the older children helping and championing the younger children and even more wonderful to see some of the younger children motivating the older children! When it came to completing our own mile,, the Year 5’s were enthusiastic, determined and very supportive of one another. We are looking forward to our dose of fresh air and exercise on Monday already!
