Today we read the letters our mums and dads sent us through the post. The children were very excited to receive their very own letters. There were lots of big smiles and excited chatter as the children opened their letters and shared them with each other. We looked at the stamps and the postmarks on many of the envelopes. The children recognised many features of a letter. They looked for words they could read in their letter and then read them with Miss Kuchel and Mrs Grimes. Thank you mums and dads for replying to our letters!
