This week in Nursery, we made an exciting discovery in our pond area. On our visit we found some frogspawn, a great sign that spring is in the air. We talked about how the frogspawn would change over time into tadpoles then a froglet and finally a frog. “Just like a transformer” one of the children said. The very best transformer! We brought a small amount of the frogspawn into the classroom to look at it more closely. We’ll put it back soon and visit the pond many times in the future to monitor how it changes.
