Sports Day preparations are well underway. The excitement is building and the rivalry between the different houses is starting to show. Year 1 have been busy training during their PE lessons, focussing on the different skills they need to use and striving to beat their personal bests! The children took part in a circuit, where they worked hard to earn a letter card. After they had completed each station and collected every card, the teams collaborated to make a word which contributed to class sentence. The teachers were so impressed with the team work and sportsmanship that the children displayed.
