This week in Science the children have been looking at ways to separate mixtures. Conducting an investigation they looked at four different methods of separation – evaporation, magnetic attraction, filtration and sieving.
In English the children have been writing their own Mexico information leaflets and have been including a range of persuasive language techniques in their writing.
The children are preparing for their Mexico and the Mayans day next Thursday and this week have been rehearsing their own Mayan dances, ready to perform on Thursday.
