In Maths, we have been exploring how different parts can make a whole! We explored this with fruit kebabs! The fruit acted as the parts and we discussed how all of them together make a whole kebab… and of course we got to eat them at the end of our learning!
We also had Stay and Play! We welcomed our parents in and showed them some of the activities we have been completing throughout the week! Thank you so much for those who were able to join us!
In Religion, we learnt that Mary was chosen by God to be the mother of Jesus. We listened to the story of Luke 1: 26-31 which told us the story of the angel appearing to Mary to share she was going to have a baby. Mary was worried but the angels said ‘Do not be afraid Mary’. We also discussed how the baby was going to be a King. We got to hold baby Jesus and then created some beautiful angels of our own!
