Reception have been reading Supertato this week as part of their new topic, Food, Glorious Food. We discovered Supertato was a superhero and the Evil Pea was a villain! In the story, the Evil Pea trapped vegetables in the supermarket. However… one morning we came into school to discover trapped vegetables around the classroom!
We created traps to capture the Evil Pea, made sure to look for any escaped peas around the school and thought about what the Evil Pea and the poor trapped vegetables might be saying.
Hopefully the Evil Pea has left St Joseph’s now… we will find out next week!
