Reception children have had a fantastic start to the year! Everyone has settled in and have been busy exploring the environment both inside and out. Inside we have been making new friends by sharing books and taking on roles in the Home Corner. We were introduced to our own Special books and have started them already with a self portrait and writing our names, we can not wait to see them filled with all our amazing work!
Outside we have been cooking up some delicious creations in the mud kitchen “I made soup for all my new friends” one child said. We also learnt how to use the trampoline safely.
We even had the paddling pools out as it was so hot!
