This week in Pre-Nursery we have been learning how we can stay safe.The children then listened to a story about Hanna and her magic window. After listening to the story the children made marks and spoke about what they would like to see from their own magic window.

We spoke about how we can stay safe in school, when using our parents phones, iPads and using the platform BusyThings on the internet or dancing with Youtube on the big screen.
The children made their own magic windows speaking about what fun things they would like to see.
In Religion this week the children listened to the bible story Jesus and the children. We spoke about how Jesus loves all the children and everyone. Some of the children role played being Jesus and hugging the children.
In Prayer and Liturgy Little Gems spent some time learning how to be still. We looked at the cross and spoke about why it is important. The children then spent time holding the cross and gently looking at it themselves. Miss Greene read the scripture ‘Do to others as you would have them to do to you from Luke 6:31’and we spoke about how we need to be kind if we want others to be kind to us. The children were then asked to help someone during the day.
We have also had lots of fun exploring activities.
