This week in Year 2 we have learnt lots about 3-D shapes and their properties. We have learnt the names of different 3-D shapes and how many edges, faces and vertices they have. On Thursday we went on a 3-D shape hunt in our classroom.
In English we have been learning about poetry. We have read lots of exciting poems and have had the opportunity to perform poems and even write some of our own.
In Science we have continued our learning about Living Things and Their Habitats. This week we learnt about microhabitats and the minibeasts that live in them. We went into the woodlands to see what minibeasts we could find.
