We were treated to an inspiring morning today when we met award winning author Pamela Butchart.
Some brave volunteers took to the stage to make up their own story involving a potato crisp, an egg and some aliens! Pamela’s talk was highly entertaining for children and staff alike!
Many thanks to Mrs Rooney for organising the visit and, of course, Pamela Butchart for inspiring the children to not only read, but to also write their own stories.
A big well done to Celino, Joshua and Taylor for volunteering themselves and thinking so creatively – on the spot and in front of the whole school!
