Wednesday 18th October:
Today – despite the weather we have been having the children of Year 3 took a trip outside. They planted bulbs to that will hopefully turn into bulbs in Spring.
Also they learnt how to use a trowel correctly and how to be safe whilst using different equipment outside.
Furthermore the children had a look at the wood burning stove, they watched bread being made and learnt about the how the oven works. They shared their knowledge of the fire triangle and how each flame or heat may be used for cooking different food.
