This week the children were introduced to the children in Year 6 Amethyst Class and Violet Class. This is because we are very lucky to have the Year 6 children be our buddies. White Class and Little Gems have buddies from Amethyst Class and Pearl Class are buddies with Violet Class.
The children in Nursery were both excited and a little nervous about meeting their new buddies as they are so much bigger, but they quickly warmed up to the older children. In White Class the children enjoyed showing their buddies around their classroom and playing with them.
In Pearl Class the children chose a book and sat with their buddy who then read their chosen books.
