Nursery: We are the Champions!

This week Nursery amazed us all with their wonderful physical skills – during our very own Sports Day. On Monday morning we walked to Aloysisus school and got ready in teams for our races.

We did a fantastic job of tackling all sorts of racing skills – many of which which were new to us. We confidently took part in activities such as the  ‘egg-and-spoon race’ and the ‘3-legged race’. We threw aerial javelins and challenged ourselves with obstacle races.

Our parents cheered us on, and then they finally got a chance to have their own races! They did an amazing job!

This  week we also took part in more growing activities.  Some of our beanstalks have started to grow, and some of us are still having to be a little bit patient. We also planted some cress which we hope will grow a bit quicker!
