Nursery absolutely loved their first trip around the local area this week! First we looked at all the beautiful patterns at St Josephs Church. Next we headed onto Lauderdale House where some children found acorns and snails. We were then amazed by the huge trees in Waterlow Park. We quickly stopped off to smell some flowers and touch the water in the fountain. To end our trip, we walked into the ‘Kitchen Garden’ where herbs and vegetables are grown. What a great morning!
We also completed our Caritas Day on Friday! The theme for this half term was The Dignity of the Human Person. In Nursery, we spoke about how God has made us all special and asked the children to talk about what makes them special!
