This week in Nursery we had our ‘Make Your Money Grow’ challenge and we had so much fun baking Numicon biscuits for it. We first had to measure and mix all the ingredients including the butter, flour, sugar and the messy eggs! Next, we used the Numicon pieces to cut out our biscuits. We then put the biscuits in the oven and helped Ms Piscitelli in the kitchen. We talked about how to stay safe when we are using the hot oven. Finally, we finished our biscuits by counting out the correct number of smarties and sticking them on with the sticky, sweet icing.
