On Thursday, Year 6 were fortunate enough to have senior members of Lloyds Bank come into our classrooms to deliver a session on finance. The children learned about terms such as ‘income’ and ‘expenditure’, reviewed bank balances and discovered top tips for saving money each month. The informative sessions enabled our children to see into their future and to understand just how important being aware of the value of money is.
The visitors from Lloyds Bank were immensely impressed with the prior knowledge of our children, along with their learning behaviour throughout the session: the children were ‘right on the money!’
Well done!
