This week in Little Gems we have been looking at horses on the farm. The children made their own hand print horses, they dipped their hands in brown paint to create the horse. Then they added hooves and a mane using a black pen, lastly they added an eye.
The children painted their own horses at the art easel and made marks to represent horses using different mark making tools including pens and pencils.
We went on a walk to visit Lola the chicken and read the story ‘Wake up time on Bumble Farm’ in the treehouse.
Lastly we enjoyed the lovely sunshine spending time paddling out feet in the tuff trays and having fun in the paddling pool.
