This week in Little Gems we have had lots of fun reading the story ‘Brown Bear, Brown Bear What do you See?’
The children have had a great time doing lots of different activities related to the story. Some children have been painting the characters from the story.
The children enjoyed decorating and making their own binoculars before we went on our own ‘Brown Bear hunt.’
The children used their binoculars to go on a ‘Brown Bear hunt’ looking for all the different characters from the story. As they found the characters we repeated the phrase ‘What do you see?’
Some of the children also used the character masks to retell the story with each other.
Some children enjoyed using the chalk to mark make their own bears on the ground.
